1. Our services

MINT provides business process automation — including consulting, ready-made automation products delivered as source files, and custom development. The specific deliverables, timelines, and price for any engagement are agreed in a separate written scope, quote, or order, which prevails over general website copy if they conflict.

2. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through our forms.

3. Products, quotes, and pricing

Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith and may change. Prices shown on the website are displayed in your local currency using indicative conversion rates; the exact amount charged is confirmed at checkout and depends on the payment provider selected. Custom automation work is quoted individually after an assessment, and that written quote governs the price for that work.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details. For custom projects, payment milestones are set out in your scope or order.

5. Deliverables and ownership

For products and custom work delivered as source files, ownership and usage rights transfer to you as described in the relevant product page or scope — typically granting you the right to use, adapt, and resell the delivered files. Until full payment is received, MINT retains ownership of deliverables.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by MINT unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of custom-built work is defined in your agreement.

7. Third-party services

Our automations often connect to third-party platforms (for example, CRMs, spreadsheets, messaging, and payment tools). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and MINT is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those third parties.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly agreed in a written scope, the website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to MINT for the relevant service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
