Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Mannveer International ("MINT", "we", "us", or "our") provides business process automation services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and services, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have questions, contact us at legal@mannveer.com.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Contact details you submit through our contact form, automation assessment, or product inquiry: your name, email address, phone number, and company name.
  • Task and process descriptions you voluntarily share so we can assess and scope automation work. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data or confidential credentials in these free-text fields.
  • Communications you send us by email, chat, or messaging apps, including their content.
  • Usage and device data collected via analytics: pages visited, approximate region, referring source, browser type, and similar technical data. Where analytics is enabled, IP addresses are anonymized.
  • Local preferences such as your chosen display currency, stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

2. Why we process it, and our legal basis

Under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide a quote or assessment — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering prospective clients.
  • To deliver, support, and improve our automation services — legal basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating our business.
  • To send you information you requested — legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep our website secure and measure its performance — legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, functional site.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

3. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Client records: for the duration of our engagement and up to 7 years afterward, where required for tax and legal obligations.
  • Analytics data: retained per our analytics provider's default retention window (typically up to 14 months).

You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see "Your rights").

4. Service providers and sub-processors

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

  • Zoho — forms, CRM, and live chat used to receive and manage your enquiries.
  • Google Analytics — anonymized website usage measurement (only if analytics is enabled).
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, and security.
  • Payment providers — when you purchase, payment is handled by a PCI-compliant provider selected at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and applicable data-processing agreements. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing.

5. International data transfers

We operate from India and use service providers that may store or process data in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. Where personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' own transfer mechanisms. You can request more detail about a specific transfer by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Delete your data ("right to erasure");
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Data portability — receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email legal@mannveer.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), least-privilege access, secret management, and restricted internal access. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we work to minimize risk and respond promptly to any incident.

8. Cookies and local storage

We use minimal local storage to remember preferences such as your display currency. Analytics cookies are used only where analytics is enabled, and are configured to anonymize IP addresses. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a clearer notice.
